Morning Blend 20 November, 2012

Homelessness and poverty are often-overlooked and seldom-discussed issues in today’s Bahamas, but remain serious problems. And according to Great Commission Ministries International’s Bishop Walter Hanchell, these problems are more prevalent today than at any other point during the quarter century his organization has been in existence. Bishop Hanchell and Rev. Dr. Tejado Hanchell discuss these challenges, and the 25th anniversary celebrations for the non-profit group.

Also, poet Beaumont Todd talks about his new book of writings, “Tirade of the Heart”, and recites a few of his poems.
