June 12, 2014: The “Oil Exploration, Oil Spills and Environmental Damage Conference” is set for Friday, June 13. It’s the inaugural law and policy conference and clinic of COB’s LL.B. Program. A number of domestic and international experts will make presentations, including Brent Williamson, Co-Chair, National Oil Spills Committee, and Matthew Brotmann, Adjunct Professor, PACE University Law School.
Dr. Peter Maynard, Head of Department, LL.B. Program, and Lisa Benjamin, Assistant Professor, tell us the conference is set for the Harry C. Moore Library from 9am to 5pm. Registration is $40 and includes lunch, $15 for COB/Eugene Dupuch Law School students.
