Morning Blend 11 February, 2013

The calls continue to grow for the country to implement a proper legal aid and public defender system. We discuss the dire need for this with lawyer Ellsworth Johnson, a tutor at Eugene Dupuch Law School, and Vice President of the Bahamas Bar Association.
Johnson, who is also the President of the Bahamas Human Rights Network, also discuss the deaths of two men in police custody over the weekend.

And fresh from the Miss Universe pageant in Las Vegas in December, Celeste Marshall, Miss Universe Bahamas, is back to tell us what she’ll be doing next.

And we’ve got our “Quote of the Week”.
