‘Shakespeare in Paradise’ is celebrating its 5th anniversary. Festival Director Nicolette Bethel gives us details about this year’s theatre productions, including the first revival of the Classic Bahamian folk opera “The Legend of Sammie Swain” in almost 30 years, and this year’s signature Shakespeare adaptation, “The Shrew”.
Bethel discusses the challenges with regularly putting on a theatre festival in this country.
