Also, Trans Island Airways (TIA), a popular air charter service in The Bahamas in the 1970s & 80s, is celebrating its past achievements. Capt. Paul Aranha and long-serving employee, Sherman Johnson, tell us about the company’s history, and about plans for a reunion on Saturday, March 15. The group is hoping to raise money for a scholarship and for medical assistance for a former employee. Capt. Aranha also reveals that his son is relaunching TIA.
