VAT Education Task Force Member Andrew Rodgers updates us on VAT implementation. The second monthly filing deadline approaches, and the first quarterly filing period nears an end. Rodgers also has advice for small businesses, and responds to consumer concerns about price gouging and abuse of the system from non-VAT registrants.
