Luther Miller, Vice President of the Barbados Turf Club, shares details on how Barbados’ National Lottery is structured. His organization is one of the only four Barbados sports agencies that benefit from proceeds of the lottery. Miller tells us LIVE via telephone from Barbados that the national lottery has greatly benefited sports in Barbados, so much so, that the Barbados government no longer includes funding for sports in its annual budget.
