May 23, 2014: The IAAF #WorldRelays are here! The inaugural event is Saturday and Sunday in Nassau. Lionel Haven, Managing Director, IAAF Local Organizing Committee, and Jeffrey Beckles, General Manager, National Sports Authority, discuss the new track at the Thomas A. Robinson Nat’l Stadium, parking and security, and the excitement building in anticipation of fierce competition from the 42 participating countries and 700 athletes. Some 20,000 people are expected to attend.
Parking is $5 at the stadium, and everyone is being urged to get there two hours ahead of start times for both days: 3:30pm with the Bahamas junior programs/ 5:30 with the early round events.

ADC with Sue Bennett-Williams and Tom Williams, founders and Directors of the ASMAC (After School Music and Art Classes), who wi hold an exhibition and performance on Tuesday June 3rd at NAGB. Also on the show, artist Angelika Wallace-Whitfield, a graduate of the ASMAC PROGRAMME, who will be opening a solo exhibition at the Daguilar Art Foundation on May 28th.
