World Water Day Celebrations are kicking off this morning at the College of The Bahamas. UN World Water Day is celebrated every year on March 22. This year’s theme is “Water and Sustainable Development”.We discuss that theme, and what’s planned for the celebrations here locally with COB Professors Lionel Johnson and Dion Hepburn. Those events include lecture series on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the World Water Day Fair on Thursday. The festivities begin with the Opening Ceremony from 10am to 12pm at the Harry C. Moore Library.
