More reaction to the apparent delay in the constitutional referendum planned for June. That referendum was likely to address gender equality issues. FNM Senator Carl Bethel says the govt. is suffering from a “chronic lack of legislative focus”, and that he is “deeply disappointed” in the govt.’s failure to keep its promise to hold the referendum.
